Dyna, la nueva auxiliar de biblioteca de la Biblioteca Pública de Mallville, tiene la poco agradable tarea de explicar la lista exhaustiva de instrucciones de funcionamiento de la biblioteca a los solicitantes del carnet de la biblioteca.
Usuaria: -Me gustaría solicitar un carnet de la biblioteca.
Dyna: -Se lo haré con mucho gusto.
Dyna: -Veamos lo que necesita y que no ha traído.
Dyna: -¿Algún documento de identidad con foto?
Usuaria: -Aquí.
Dyna: -¿Lleva [este documento] su dirección actual?
Usuaria: -Comprobado.
Dyna: -¿Tiempo y disposición de sentarse y escuchar toda la avalancha de información que tengo que darle?
Usuaria [dudando]: -Bueno. Yo no estoy…
Dyna [resignada]: -Mala suerte. Allá vamos (ya he empezado).
VOCABULARIO
ID [aidí] = identificación
photo ID = documento de identificación con foto
check = comprobar / (al revisar una lista) comprobado, cumplido, correcto, OK
check list = lista de objetos o tareas para no olvidar ninguno
