This time Tamara, the children’s librarian, has thought of an automated system to control the noise level, meaning she doesn’t have to tell the children to lower their voices.
Take a look at the following comic strip:

Tamara: - I’m putting this noise meter in the children’s area. Green means “go”, yellow means “quiet down”. Red means “too loud”.
Once the device is installed, the red light shines strongly due to the children’s shouting.
Dewey: - I think red means “yell louder”.
Young “reader”: - What comes after red?
Traducción:
Tamara: - Voy a instalar este medidor de ruido en el área de los niños. Verde significa “adelante”, amarillo significa “más silencio”. Rojo significa “demasiado alto”.
